About Kyle
Kyle was born and raised just south of Fort Dodge in a hardworking farming family. Life on the farm taught him early on that success comes from effort, discipline, and persistence. Whether he was helping with his father’s farming operation, competing in school sports, racing motocross, or holding down jobs as a teenager, Kyle has always approached life with determination and a strong work ethic.
After earning his business degree, Kyle joined Rasch Construction, where he operated heavy equipment and gained hands-on experience with GPS technology and site development. His passion for architecture and real estate, always in the background, became a clear career path in 2012 when he launched his real estate journey. By 2016, he achieved his long-term goal of owning a brokerage. Today, he proudly leads EXIT REALTY FRONTIER and EXIT COUNTRY REALTY. Outside the office, Kyle is a devoted husband to Nicole and proud father to Jaylon, Morrison, and Rhett. His competitive spirit also extends beyond real estate, he’s an avid outdoorsman and a championship-winning NHRA Sportsman motorcycle racer.
